On Sunday March 1, our mates from Maidenii Vermouth are taking over Drinkwell in Fitzroy as part of the Melbourne Cocktail Festival and it’s going to be a delicious afternoon.
Shaun Byrne, co-founder of Maidenii, says, “Our friends at Drinkwell have given us the space and time to showcase our Spritzes on a Sunday afternoon. We want to show people how to use vermouth at home and enjoy it while they’re out in ways they may not have considered.”
The 'Maidenii Spritz Bar will be in fine form on Sunday, think Dry & Dry, Tonic & Tonic (recipe below), Classic Spritz and Negroni Spritz for sale and they Maidenii team are throwing in complimentary tastings of their vermouth range.
So, Sunday March 1, jump into the world of Vermouth and try, talk and taste with Maidenii at Drinkwell.

TONIC & TONIC
60 ml Maidenii Kina Quinquina
60 ml tonic water
In a tall glass filled with ice, pour in the Kina then top up with tonic water.
Garnish with a slice of lemon.
