Rachel Checinski has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, with a broad range of experience, most recently in HR-focused role. She sits on the board with the Victorian AHA and also Queensland Venue Co, AVC’s joint venture with Coles. She has been heavily involved in AVC’s reopening plans across their 160 venues in Australia and New Zealand. Maz Salt has been the director of the Office of Public Works for the past 15 years. He owns and operates multiple hospitality businesses in and around Melbourne’s CBD and has been in the industry for the past 30. He is also a director of the Australian Venues Association
